In the limited amount of time I have online this evening, I’d like to look at sugar cookie recipes and also search for ways to prepare and enjoy broccoli slaw.
BROCCOLI SLAW?
What is this magic shredded vegetable goodness hunched shyly to the side of the bagged lettuce case?
I will tell you:
BROCCOLI SLAW.
This is quality blog writing. I anticipate dozens of comments.

I love broccoli slaw. The pre-bagged stuff I just sprinkle on top of green salad. It is pretty and tastes good. I have also made my own broccoli slaw by grating broccoli, carrot, and green apple, and dressing it with lemon, sugar and mayo.
That sounds YUM.
The reason I can’t see your movie is the fault of my computer, not your blog. Sigh…
Broccoli slaw. If I stare at that long enough, all in caps as you’ve written it, it becomes “BROCCOL IS LAW.” Which is just a little creepy.
I’d eat it. Broccoli is my favorite vegetable.
~K!
balabusta - I was expecting you. Hello! What kind of mayo do you use? I’ve tried finding a recipe that uses yogurt instead of mayo, but have only found recipes that include mayo.
Last night I topped it with Newman’s Own Vinaigrette, but it needed something. Lemon was probably the something.
Loralee - Not on the new computer, I hope!
Country Mouse - Broccol is fierce. He will whip this town into shape right quick.
Kismet - It’s good naked, but I want to put something on it to make it… gooder. But that isn’t coleslaw dressing in a bottle or with a big blob of mayo.
